No. That is the whole idea. I work from the photos you already have, so there is no shoot to schedule, no one at your door, and no waiting for a sunny day.
Whatever you already have is a great start. Send as many as you like and I will pick the strongest ones to work on. Clear, recent photos of each room and the outside help most.
Within 48 hours of receiving your payment and your photos. If I am waiting on anything from you, the clock starts once I have it.
Tell me and I will make it right. Your order includes reasonable revisions within seven days, whether that is adjusting a photo or fine-tuning the wording.
No, and anyone who promises that is not being straight with you. Stronger photos and a better write-up help most listings, but bookings depend on your pricing, calendar, location, reviews, and the market. What I promise is honest, high quality work on your photos and write-up.
Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, plus your own direct booking site. The Full Listing covers one platform, and the Direct Booking package covers up to three plus a website.
